Greetings,

I am Chief Jeff Rogers and I would like to welcome you to the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board Enforcement Division’s web page. We employ 133 sworn agents spread out over eleven districts across the state. We are responsible for regulating the sale of alcohol and tobacco products as set forth in Title 28, Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended. This includes the enforcement of the ABC Board’s Rules and Regulations, which have the full force and effect of law. We also license all manufactures, importers, wholesalers, and retailers of alcoholic beverages.

Our agency works with other city, county, state, and federal governmental agencies to accomplish the mission of serving Alabama. Our agents are among the most experienced law enforcement officers in our state and are held to the highest of professional standards. The training each agent receives each year exceeds the recommended minimum standards required by the State of Alabama’s Peace Officers Standards and Training Commission.
